Booking appointment, changing and Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we cannot carry the costs of No shows, no or late cancelling and running late for appointments. With every professional business this is a serious issue. Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how we bring the best service to you. Please help us maintain this good service by providing us with the following small courtesies.

Booking appointments:

At Szexepil Szalon we strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible. At our salon we work by appointments, which can be booked by telephone. If you need a certain time, calling prior is best for booking an appointment. On the telephone you will be asked personal data to sign you up for the appointments. By providing the informations you automatically agree with our data protection policy.

We are sorry, but we are unable to take bookings by SMS. The booked appointment is only valid upon confirmation. We sincerely notice you that the booked appointment can only be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before your appointment (only by telephone during Monday-Friday 10:00- 17:00). Cancellation of the booked appointment is only valid after confirmation from the Salon. We can only accept Monday appointments cancellation until previous Friday 17pm. We cannot accept messages left on Saturdays or Sundays or after open hours, as the salon is closed as it is insufficient notice - as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot.

In case you need to cancel your appointment for unforeseen reasons, we kindly ask that you give us a notice 24 hours prior, so that someone else can visit us. Time is important to us all. If you make a booking for the use of a Gift Card and you don’t show up for the treatment /No Show/ you will forfeit the full amount of the voucher. If you do not cancel your appointment 1 day prior to your appointment and/or if you don’t show up for your appointment the time has been lost and therefore the gift card/ voucher/ coupon/ free treatment/ gift certificate/ packaged treatment (Gift Card) has been forfeited and will be redeemed. You may be charged a Service fee.

Running late:

We kindly ask you to arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, we will try to accommodate you the best we can, however we may not be able to perform the full service, and therefore your actual treatment time will be shortened the time you are late, still you will be charged the full fee. If you are late so much that the treatment can not be performed, your appointment will be lost and we shall charge you a Service fee. Next appointment can only be booked upon prior payment of the 8 000 HUF Service fee.

Cancelling / rescheduling appointments within 24 hours:

Upon cancelling and/or/ reschedulingappointments within 24 hours your booked appointment we charge a 10 000 HUF Service fee. The service fee is also charged if you arrived to your appointment but you are not eligible for the treatment (please see contraindications). Next appointment can only be booked upon prior payment of the 10 000 HUF Service fee.

No Show policy:

A No show is simply when you do not turn up for your appointment. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. In case of No Show, you will be charged a Service fee. Next appointment can only be booked upon prior payment of the 10 000 HUF Service fee.

Showing up but  unable to perform the requested service dues to health conditions:

If you turn up for your appointment but dues to health conditions we are unable to perform the requested service. Since this is enormously disadvantage our business you will be charged a Service fee. Next appointment can only be booked upon prior payment of the 10 000 HUF Service fee.

At the salon during a treatment only the patient and the therapist can be present. Please arrange for someone lookout for your children while you are at the salon.

Booking appointments are possible after the initial consultation!

We remain the right to reject treatments.

Gift Cards /Vouchers

Gift Cards / Vouchers are subject to the following:

Gift Cards must be used within expiry date issued and can not be extended, cannot be redeemed for cash and are unable to be replaced if lost or damaged. Gift Cards/Vouchers must be presented at the time of your treatment for redemption. Only valid Gift Cards/ Vouchers are accepted at all times at Szexepil Szalon (Szolnok, Tófenék út 4). Gift cards are transferrable. If you make a booking for the use of a Gift card and you don’t show up for the treatment /No Show/ you will forfeit the full amount of the voucher. Cancellation Policy applies to a Gift card /Voucher booking also.
